Our Approach
Don’t like commercial gym settings?
Me neither! So our sessions will be done in private (at a pace to suit you) mobile to you, in an outdoor location to be agreed or in my home gym studio. Where possible we will prioritise training outside which has a whole host of well documented benefits for physical and mental wellbeing. Being outdoors and around nature is a great way to improve cognitive function, increases oxygen to the brain, sunlight boosts serotonin, getting outside can help lift mood and any pocket of exercise in general will release endorphins.

I can help build a bespoke training programme for you, tailored to your needs and putting you in the best possible position to complete your challenge. Having worked in the charity sector for over 15 years and completed numerous challenges myself, I am only too aware of the array of events out there. Events like the 3 peaks, 100km ultra challenge walks, Lake District 24 peaks, distance running and cycling challenges have never been more popular. Even if you have no idea where to start or just want that bit of support to ensure you get through in one piece, I can help. Not only will I develop a bespoke training plan but I will also advise on various other elements such as:
