Combining a love of fitness and the outdoors to help clear the mind, look after your body and strive for whatever summit/goal you aim for!

 Hi! I’m James a qualified personal trainer and dad of 2 based in Herefordshire. I’m passionate about the outdoors, mountains and exercise in all forms, to help look after mental health, whilst prioritising the body & improving physical health. Exercise for me has always been a great way to clear my mind, regulate myself and something I have built into my life for that very reason. I’ll always come back from a walk, run, HIIT session (or any form of exercise) feeling positive, refreshed and more energised.

Through private, tailored 121 training or small group sessions I want to empower people of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels to feel their best in body & mind and ultimately achieve the goals they want to – reaching your ‘summit’. Get fitter, stronger and healthier for a happier life.

I have a particular interest in helping people (regardless of current fitness levels or prior experience) to complete physical challenges and charity challenge events. Whether you are taking on a marathon for the first time, the 3 peaks, a multi-day trek or something completely new for a charity close to your heart – I can help.
