A whole range of different equipment and this will vary from session to session, dependant on your goals, what level you are at but also importantly what you prefer. However, it’s important to note that bodyweight training (calisthenics) is scalable and offers great functional strength, mobility and cardio benefits alone – you don’t need expensive equipment to get a good workout! Some of my normal go to equipment includes dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, resistance bands, boxing mitts/pads, weighted vest, battle rope, TRX system etc…
